Couple this with a Heart 2 Heart ankle cuffs and another bar for the wrist cuffs, and you're set to get to work hahahah. Thankfully, I didn't get the bars that are painted black since I've read the paint chips away easily and that's not a good look. I've only tested them once and they seem okay, a bit noisy if you move around too much, and they're very light and flimsy - almost on a toy-level quality. The price is way cheap, so you do get what you pay for. Unless you're into the real stuff, you won't need anything of higher quality/grade (that go into the hundreds of dollars). If you're looking at this item, then it means you're on a budget, too! It should be light and safe for beginners.
