Awesome qualityThis exercise bar is great! But it was totally useless to me because I received two male thread ends and because of this I could not assemble it completely. There is supposed to be a female end, male end, and a male/female center section. I got a refund and will be ordering another so hopefully they don't screw it up again.I was planning to use this bar for bondage play and it seems very sturdy and heavy and the intimidation factor is great. The swivel ends are nice and well constructed. I like the firm foam padding too because it adds a bit of cushion in case the giver accidentally steps on or kneels down on top of the bar so it's less painful. I wish there was a way to add additional fastening points near the middle where hands could be locked to, but that may just require a little DIY drilling and tapping some threads for eye bolts.Sturdy. I also travel with this and haven’t had any issues getting through TSA or when I check my bags. Great supplement to weight training and it’s affordable.I think this is a very good value. It is built very well. I have not used it very long so I cannot speak to its durability, but it seems very well made. I use it daily but only with relatively low resistance bands at this time. One irritant is that the foam padding, though very thick and comfortable, is not where I typically place my hands to use the bar! There is a gap in the foam handles at that point. I think I will try to move the foam but I believe it is glued in place. Anyway, I would buy this again.I used it 4 times a week with not more than 200lbs of resistance bands for the past 5 months and now it's bent (starting noticing it after 2 months) and one threaded round piece came off from one of the bars.UPDATE: Customer service contacted me and sent me a replacement bar. I wasn't expecting that, they have great customer service.Great for home gym. Work out ever part of your body. Make sure you have bands already. If not purchase separately. I already had bands. This just enhanced my work out experience.I lift but my gym is in my airbnb so sometimes I want to get workouts in while it's occupied. This bar added so much to what I can do in my bedroom and can't lie I'll be taking it and some resistance bands on any/all trips I go on in the future. You can feel the build quality in your hands when you're using it. I looked at some others of similar design that were only marginally cheaper and am really glad I went for this one based on the solid reviews. And now I'm writing a solid review. Very happy.Sturdy, well made, exactly what I needed!
