To keep an eye on how everything is running, there are pressure gauges for the boiler and extraction pressures.
Quick steam Thanks to the massive boiler and PID, the Profitec Pro 500 reaches a 1.4 bar pressure for steaming. That’s more than most coffee machines in its class. And instead of rotary knobs, the hot water and steam valves are operated with snappy joysticks that activate when moved in any direction, making long coffee and milk preparations easy and quick.
